Equi-Safe^® horse fences are made from high density polyethylene (HDPE) and offer a material impact rating many times higher than PVC. Our equine fence is not a typical vinyl fence. It’s better. We’ve tested our horse fence by actually driving a tractor over it…then backing up just to watch it regain its original shape. The extraordinary material in our fencing will literally absorb the shock from a direct kick…which, by the way, is difficult to land as there are no flat surfaces but still a smooth finish.
